Was trainer in urology at Charing Cross Teaching Hospital,London and in General Surgery at different hospitals in UK total nine years. Since 1982 have been practicing both General Surgery/Laproscopic surgery & urology. Spend 19 ½ years as chief of surgery/urology at Patan Hospital. Have been a professor of Surgery/Urology in Kathmandu University Medical College & Kist Medical College and a visiting Prof to RCS England in Urology. Since 2004 have been the preceptor in Urology for FCPS Pakistan.
